PLEASE NOTE: Use caution when removing the FLEXclip from glass surfaces. Improperly removing the FLEXclip Base or Tab from a glass surface may crack or damage the glass.

Generally, both the FLEXCLIP Base and the FLEXCLIP Tab are designed to only be attached once. However, in certain situations, if the FLEXCLIP Base or Tab are removed without residue on the adhesive, they can be used more than once.

Generally, no. The adhesive should detach cleanly. However, if a sticker residue remains, simply clean by placing a paper towel or rag soaked in rubbing alcohol over the area. Let it sit for several minutes to soften the residue. Then wipe the residue away.

If you have a problem with your FLEXCLIP malfunctioning or breaking, we are happy to send you a replacement per our replacement policy. We also accept returns and will issue a refund (minus shipping fees) for unused, unbroken products that are returned within 30 days. However, we do not provide return shipping at this time. We ship both US Domestically and Internationally. US Domestic orders are charged a flat $2.99 with shipping times between 3 - 7 days, and International orders are quoted at the time of checkout with shipping times between 5 - 14+ days.
